About the Recipe

If you have a sweet tooth that just can’t be tamed, this smoothie will help satisfy it while still being incredibly healthy for you. Since no actual chocolate chips are included in this blend, no toxic additives or sugar will slip their way into your glass. Raw cacao is the natural, untampered form of chocolate, giving the blend a more potent taste and the fresh mint will give the drink a kick of what real mint tastes like, rather than the lie its artificial “cousin” manages to lather over our tongues far too often (artificial ingredients).

Ingredients

  • ½ frozen banana
  • Handful of spinach, fresh or frozen
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Handful of fresh mint
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ½-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender Add more liquid as needed for consistency
