Drink this juice to purify and give your blood the iron it needs. A 180-gram serving of boiled spinach contains 6.43 milligrams of iron, whereas one 170-gram ground hamburger patty contains at most 4.42 milligrams.

Ever wonder why Popeye was so strong? Iron is the main ingredient in hemoglobin, which is found in red blood cells and is responsible for carrying oxygen throughout the body. Without enough iron, the body is unable to produce enough hemoglobin and, as a result, muscles get less oxygen, which reduces the body’s energy.


Ingredients

  • 5 carrots
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 radishes
  • 6 spinach leaves
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece of ginger


Directions

  1. Trim the tops of the carrots off and wash all your vegetables. Put them in the juicer and enjoy. Drink this juice slowly. I usually spend 15 minutes drinking a juice like this. “Chew your juice” to really get the most benefit.
