ACV is also great for digestion. Simple mix 1-2 Tablespoons with a Tbsp raw honey and warm water.

Cinnamon helps to metabolize glucose to prevent fat storage and helps food digestion in a way that makes you feel fuller for longer. It’s also a great anti-inflammatory spice!

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 Tbsp ACV
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Optional: Honey to taste (or other natural sweetener like raw maple syrup or stevia)
