Hydrating ourselves as we wake up stimulates our digestion and provides much needed water to our cells. With the addition of lemons, you get the benefits of cleaning out any toxins that may be in your body. Some additional benefits of lemon water include – balancing your pH, stimulates the lymph system, cleans the liver.

  • 1 big glass of water
  • 1 lemon juiced


  1. Squeeze lemon juice into water and let sit overnight.
  2. Drink as soon as you wake you wake up in the morning and enjoy!
