This is a great juice for when you have colds or allergies or just a runny nose in general. It will soothe your system instantly.


Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-inch slice of ginger


Directions

  1. If the apples are organic, juice them with their skins on. The skin is the most abundant area of the apple for flavonoid content. This will produce cloudy but more nutritious (and still delicious) apple juicer recipes. This healthy juicer recipe also makes a great remedy for colds. Peel the lemon if it is not organic.
