Kickin’ Turmeric Tonic

  • Juice:
  • 3 lemons, peeled
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • Juice (or mix in)
  • 4 inch fresh turmeric OR
  • 2 tsp. organic dried turmeric
  • 3 inch fresh ginger OR
  • 1 tbsp. organic powdered ginger
  • Mix in:
  • dash of cayenne
  • raw honey (optional)


  1. Prepare everything, including the juicer.
  2. Juice the lemon first, then mix into the coconut water.
  3. If fresh turmeric and fresh ginger are available, juice them after the lemons. If not available, mix in the organic dried turmeric and organic powdered ginger. Add to the lemon and coconut water mixture.
  4. Add a dash of cayenne and raw honey.
  5. Drink to health and enjoy!
