Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and washed
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • sea salt & pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in food processor or Vitamix. Add a little bit of water if needed to help blend.
  2. Serve with veggie sticks (carrots, celery, bell pepper, cucumber).
