  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp ground flax
  • 6 pitted dates
  • ¼ avocado
  • ½ banana
  • ½ - 1 c. Almond or coconut milk
  • 1.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • bunch spinach
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ pear
  • 1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)


Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients, including the blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients altogether and enjoy the smoothie!
