Hormone Balancing Smoothie

This grain-free, vegan smoothie recipe contains an abundance of Omega 3 fatty acids, high quality plant based protein as well as a variety of antioxidants and vitamins, all of which are essential for hormone production.
- 1 Handful fresh spinach
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tbsp. Cold pressed Coconut Oil
- 2 tbsp. Organic Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup frozen Berries
- 1-2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 cup Almond or Cashew Milk
- A pinch of Stevia (optional)
- Rinse spinach well.
- Slice avocado and remove pit and peal.
- Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
