This grain-free, vegan smoothie recipe contains an abundance of Omega 3 fatty acids, high quality plant based protein as well as a variety of antioxidants and vitamins, all of which are essential for hormone production.

Ingredients

  • 1 Handful fresh spinach
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 tbsp. Cold pressed Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup frozen Berries
  • 1-2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond or Cashew Milk
  • A pinch of Stevia (optional)


Directions

  1. Rinse spinach well.
  2. Slice avocado and remove pit and peal.
  3. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
