This one is a real blast, brimming with goodness. It’s one of my favorite weight-loss juices as well.

Kale is high in beta-carotene. Kale also has a significant supply of vegetable protein that is amazing for your body. Next time you are at the market, look for kale’s healthy but ignored cousins—Swiss chard, mustard greens, and collards.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon (peeled)
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1/2 cup of spinach
  • 1/4 bunch of celery
  • 1/4 bulb of fennel
  • 1-inch piece of ginger
  • 1/4 head of romaine lettuce


Directions

  1. Wash, chop, juice and enjoy!
