  • 3 leaves of kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 inch ginger root
  • handful of parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic


  1. Prepare everything, including the juicer.
  2. Add all the ingredients into the juicer.
  3. Transfer the juice into a tall glass and drink to health!
