Beautiful, glowing skin is always your best accessory, especially come spring when a healthy glow is a must-have for the season. Good skin starts within, so I encourage you to stock up on colourful, whole, plant based foods and healthy fats to bring out your gorgeous inner-glow.

Drink 1 Large Glowing Skin Smoothie A Day: Packed with beautifying properties to help renew, refresh and repair  for glowing skin, the recipes I’ve listed below will help make you glow from the inside out.


  • Handful of chard
  • Handful of watercress
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli
  • 1 juice of lime
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1 tbsp of chlorella or Organifi Green Powder Drink


  1. Prepare everything, including the blender.
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
