Let me introduce you to my good friend, Ginger. You have to start slow with her or she will bite you. She’s a spicy one! She is great for pressing out toxins from your body and adding a little flair. Also great for your immune system and combating excess inflammation in your body.


  • 2 apples
  • 1 orange
  • 1 knob of ginger


  1. Start this juice out with the apple and end with the apple. This will press the rest of the ginger out of the juicer. Peel the orange and apple if they are not organic.
