Juicing Ginger

Ginger, much like garlic, has a wide variety of uses. It is often used to promote the release of intestinal gas and bloating. Ginger also helps with sea sickness, dizziness, cold sweating, inflammation, nausea and vomiting. It is also a powerful antioxidant.

Select fresh ginger that looks fresh. Store ginger in the refrigerator (no need to put in a bag).

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Thumb size slice of ginger
  • Handful parsley
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 apple


  1. Prepare everything, including the juicer.
  2. Add the ingredients to the juicer.
  3. Transfer to a clean, glass container and drink immediately.
