This is a great drink for your liver and gallbladder. Also, this drink is great for people who have indigestion. It’s packed with enzymes. Ginger and mint have compounds that help promote the elimination of gas.

  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • handful of mint
  • 1 kiwi frit (with peel)
  • 1/4 pineapple with skin


  1. Prepare everything, including the juicer.
  2. Juice the ginger and mint first.
  3. Juice the kiwi after, then the pineapple.
  4. Transfer into a clean, glass container. Drink and enjoy!
