Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ cup frozen blueberriesfrozen blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp flax seeds
  • 8-12 ounces unsweetened almond milk


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and drink immediately.
