Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls of greens (kale, chard, spinach, beet greens, spring mix, cabbage, broccoli stems, dandelion greens, celery, cucumber, zucchini, etc)
  • Superfoods (turmeric, ginger, wheatgrass, sea veggies)
  • 1-2 extra veggies (carrots, beets, bell pepper)
  • 1 small handful herbs (cilantro, parsley, mint, basil)
  • ½ -1 lemon or lime
  • ½ piece or ½ cup fruit (green apple, pineapple, peach, kiwi, pear)


Directions

  1. You can use this recipe every day, or make a simplified version with just 3-4 of the ingredients listed. Just be sure to rotate ingredients so that you are mixing up at least 2-3 ingredients every time you juice.
