Ingredients

  • 1 large or 2 small cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 handful kale
  • 1 handful chard
  • 3 mint leaves (fresh is best)
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 2 kiwi


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and voila!
