Sometimes the soothing taste of cinnamon (especially during the holiday season) just hits the spot. This blend offers just that, as well as a plentiful amount of health benefits. The nutmeg gives the cinnamon its spice while the vanilla strengthens its soothing nature, offering balance. The almond or coconut milk keeps the drink dairy-free and, like all the other shakes, the protein powder gives it an energetic kick that you won’t find in your typical cinnamon spice shakes, or any of your typical shakes for that matter.

- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Dash vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- 4 ice cubes
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Add more liquid as needed for consistency.
