Chocolate Overnight Chia Oats
About the Recipe
Finally, I couldn’t leave you without at least one chocolate recipe. Dark chocolate is loaded with health flavonoids and let’s face it, chocolate is good for the soul. Try this as a delicious breakfast or pre-or-post workout treat!
- 1 small, ripe banana
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp sweetner (raw honey, coconut sugar, maple syrup), optional
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1.5 cups full-fat coconut milk
- Combine all ingredients in a glass jar or container and refrigerate overnight. When ready to devour, top with chopped dark chocolate.
