Do you love tapioca pudding? I sure do. But you know what I hate? Added sugar and ingredients I can’t pronounce. Try this amazing (and super simple) tapioca recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened milk of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Sweetened to taste with pure maple syrup, honey, agave, or stevia


Directions

  1. Place chia seeds, milk and vanilla in a glass jar with a lid.
  2. Shake-shake-shake.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Top with your favorite things- fresh fruit, nuts, coconut… there are endless possibilities!
