  • ½ or whole fresh lemon
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • Sweetener of choice to taste


  1. Squeeze or juice your lemon, remove any stray seeds.
  2. Add to fresh cold water.
  3. Add chia seeds.
  4. Sweeten. Cheers!
