About the Recipe

This is a drink that will leave you feeling strong. There is no wonder in it either; there is a ton of phosphorus in both cauliflower and broccoli.


  • 3 carrots
  • 1/2 broccoli floret
  • 1/2 cauliflower head


  1. Trim the top off the carrot and dice your veggies up enough to fit in your juicer. Bookend your juice with the carrots to maximize your juice efforts. When drinking this juice, really feel the protein from the broccoli go into your cells.
