  • 3/4 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup purple cabbage (optional)
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • Handful of almond slivers
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Dressing:
  • 2-3 tbsp Sesame seed oil
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut aminos (soy sauce alternative)
  • Protein Choice:
  • Meat Eaters: steak or chicken
  • Vegan: add double the almonds or add 3 tbsp hemp seeds.


  1. Add all salad ingredients in a large mixing bowl, top with dressing and toss. Serve cold.
  2. Top with protein of choice (optional).
