This juice calms me and gives me focused energy throughout the night. If you’ve had a long day at the office, but still have a busy night ahead of you and need to get lots of stuff done, this is the juice for you.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 red cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lemon


Directions

  1. Drink this juice slowly so your body absorbs the nutrients. Trim the tops off the carrots and dice them up to fit them in the juicer. I drink this after a long workout and it eliminates a lot of the fatigue I’m experiencing.
