The vanilla gives it a dessert-like taste if that be the preference, or it can be enjoyed as a morning delight. The vanilla powder gives the drink it’s protein kick and the use of almond milk keeps it completely dairy-free.

- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 medjool date
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp coconut butter or oil
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Option to top with 1 tbsp of cacao nibs
- Mix all ingredients in a high-speed blender.
Add more liquid as needed for consistency
