About the Recipe

  • 1 lb. of asparagus pears
  • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 7 cloves of garlic (finely chopped or minced)


  1. In a bowl mix the asparagus, olive oil, black pepper and garlic together.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and roast for 15 minutes.
