  • ½ c pinneapple
  • 1 c mango
  • 1 tsp chia
  • 1tsp black sesame seeds
  • knuckle of turmeric
  • knuckle of ginger
  • tsp maca
  • ½ tsp cinamon
  • tsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups coconut milk


  1. Prepare all of the ingredients. Make sure that all of them are clean.
  2. Blend the ingredients in the blender.
  3. Enjoy your smoothie!
