  • 2 Leaves Collard Greens
  • 2 Kale leaves
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 1/4 Hemp Seed Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Knuckles of turmeric
  • 1 Knuckle of Ginger


  1. Prepare and gather all the ingredients.
  2. Make sure to properly wash and clean the produce.
  3. Prepare the Juicer.
  4. Add the Collard Greens, Kale, Turmeric and Ginger into the juicer.
  5. Pour the extracted juice into a glass.
  6. Add the Hemp Seed Oil and Apple Cider Vinegar into the juice and mix well.
  7. Sip and enjoy your anti-inflammation juice!
