Ingredients

  • 4 handfuls mixed leafy greens
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp quinoa or buckwheat
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • Dressing
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions

  1. Combine dressing ingredients. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
