Have you ever heard of kombucha?
I didn’t until a year or so ago. I was introduced to it by a really good friend of mine and fell in love with the tasty drink. Unfortunately, I couldn’t drink it when I got pregnant, but now, I’m so excited that I can enjoy it again!
What Is Kombucha?
Kombucha is made from fermented black tea. It is fermented using sugar from sources such as honey, fruits or sugar cane.
