Pumped Up Pumpkin Banana Bread
Makes: 1 Loaf
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 2 mashed ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup oat flour or ground gluten free oats
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 2 scoops Organifi GOLD Powder
- 2 scoops Orgainfi Vanilla Protein Powder
Instructions: Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Then combine both mixes. Pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 min. Enjoy.
