Every massage on each point lasts about 6 seconds with a 3-second break in between followed by pressure for a couple of minutes. Practice this daily to achieve results. It can reduce pain, lower fatigue, increase energy and promote well-being.

Step By Step Method For Reflexology

  1. Use a natural cream or lotion to soften the skin on your hands. Make sure its not oily or slippery.
  2. Use a reflexology chart to identify the points that are relevant to your symptoms.
  3. Massage the area for 6 seconds then take a 3-second pause.
  4. Continue by applying some pressure for a few minutes. Press strongly to activate the reflexology point and decrease the pain.
  5. Using your thumb, you can put light pressure for 5-seconds then rotate in the same motion the other direction.
  6. Move to the next relevant pressure point.
  7. Follow the same steps for each pressure point.
  8. After the session, drink plenty of water and relax for 30 minutes.
