As the saying goes… WHAT you think about is what you bring about.

Therefore, if you think “life is not fair, this is just my luck,” then you will bring about circumstances that validate these negative thoughts.

On the other hand, if you think “I’m so lucky, life’s an adventure,” then THAT is exactly what you will bring about.

Positive and happy thoughts are so much more than just being in a good mood and influencing your emotional health. Your thoughts also have an impact on your physical body!

Positive Thoughts Reduce Stress

Your brain is the master and commander of your body, which means that your thoughts and attitudes are able to prompt changes in your body. When your thoughts are positive (happy and optimistic), they have the power to:

  • Decrease pain and chronic disease
  • Strengthen your immune system
  • Provide stress relief
  • Lower your risk of heart disease

Furthermore, it has been scientifically shown that happiness has the potential to alter your genes.

A UCLA team of researchers found that people who have a deep sense of well-being and happiness had:

  • Lower levels of inflammatory gene expression
  • Stronger antiviral and antibody responses

How To Foster Positive Thoughts And Happiness

One of the most important factors that produces consistent positive thoughts and a sense of happiness is… SELF-ACCEPTANCE.

In a survey, 5,000 people were asked to rank themselves between 1 and 10 on habits that are scientifically linked to happiness. This survey, conducted by Action for Happiness charity, found that acceptance was the stronger predictor for maintaining a state of happiness for the long run.

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
