I seriously don’t know who came up with the idea that the new year and it’s resolutions should start in the dead of winter. SPRING TIME is the real time for renewals.

It is time to renew your kitchen, babe. I don’t mean replacing all your appliances – though do that too if you wish – but replacing your unhealthy ingredients for healthier options.

Animal products are acidic in nature, creating mucus and inflammation in your body. In particular, dairy products can be the culprit of your aches and pains due to possible unidentified dairy sensitivity.

The good news is that there are some fantastic options to replace your animal products with healthier and plant-based alternatives in order to eliminate or greatly reduce your dairy, meat and egg consumption.

Why not start your kitchen make-over with this?

Here are some fantastic alternatives to use as your guide:

For baking, replace 1 cup of butter with any of the following:

  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • ¾ pitted dates blended into a puree with ¼ tsp of boiling water
  • ½ cup of vegetable oil + ½ cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 cup of pureed avocado

For anything, replace 1 cup of milk with any of the following:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened nut milk (almond, cashew, macadamia milk)
  • 1 cup of rice milk
  • 1 cup of organic soy milk
  • 1 cup of coconut milk

Replace your meat with any of the following:

  • Any vegetarian burgers, such as black bean burgers, you can make your own or buy frozen varieties
  • Marinated tofu or tempeh
  • Beans, chickpeas or lentils as protein on the side

Replace shredded cheese with either of the following:

Replace cheese in your sandwiches with:

  • Avocados

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
