No-Bake Strawberry Vegan Cheesecake Recipe To Enjoy This Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is all about love… and well, cakes…

But would you want to ‘poison’ your Valentine with a toxic cake full of processed sugar and artificial ingredients? Of course not!

Try this amazing vegan cheesecake instead. It is all-natural, easy to make, requires no baking and is healthy and delicious.

Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits. They are full of antioxidants and fiber. They have been known to ease inflammation, keep cancer away, keep your cardiovascular system healthy and to boost your memory. They can help you to burn fat, keep your digestion healthy and lose or maintain weight.

Another important ingredient in this recipe is the nuts – walnuts and cashews in particular – and dates. Cashews and walnuts are excellent sources of vegan protein, healthy fats, dietary fiber and antioxidants. Dates are nature’s candy that are full of fiber, magnesium, potassium, manganese and vitamin B6 and are great for your digestion and heart health.

Instructions
  1. Add all crust ingredients to a food processor and process well.
  2. Grease a pie pan with coconut oil and spread the crust evenly.
  3. Add all your pie ingredients to your blender.
  4. Blend well then top your crust with your pie.
  5. Check for air bubbles with a spoon and smooth it over.
  6. Put it into your freezer for 4-5 hours until mostly firm.
  7. Top it with fresh strawberries and coconut flakes before serving.
