New Vegan Health Documentary ‘Eating You Alive’ Coming Soon

Are you ready for the next best thing? If you are a health documentary junkie like I am, you will LOVE this!
The goal of the documentary is to reveal the truth behind the sad state of health in the U.S. Chronic pain and illness are growing in America. 7 out of 10 deaths are due to a chronic disease. 600,920 people die from cancer each year in the US alone. The number of cancer cases is ever-growing, in 2017 alone, 1,688,780 new cases were diagnosed. Looking at the diet of an average American that doesn’t consume enough fruits and vegetables (if any at all!), this is not surprising.
Did you know that chronic diseases are preventable, treatable and reversible with the correct diet and lifestyle?
You will hear interviews with medical experts and researchers and learn more about how whole-food, plant-based nutrition can better your health. The goal is education and empowerment: you can absolutely take care of your health one bite at a time.
Eating You Alive is not the only documentary promoting health and plant-based living. Another vegan documentary, Game Changers has recently premiered. What the Health, The End of Meat and Dominion have been popular in recent years too. Let’s not forget about the ‘oldies but goodies’ made in the past 10 years, such as Forks Over Knives, Vegucated, Crazy Sexy Cancer and May I Be Frank. Non-vegan health documentaries that also promote a plant-based diet include Food Matters, Hungry for Change, Fed Up and That Vitamin Movie.
Why not binge-watch on some health documentaries before seeing Eating Your Live in April? Don’t forget about EATING healthy while enjoying health on the screen. Grab an Organifi Green Juice when you pop into the theater. It can hydrate your cells, detox your body, energize your body, boost your immune system and support your brain health.
What’s your favorite health documentary? Share away and let’s do a movie day together.
And remember, we’re in this together.
