Need A Healthy, Crunchy Snack? Try These Baked Banana Chips

Written by: Lindsay Sibson

There is no doubt that we, as a human race, evolved from the apes.

That is the only logical reason I have for why I love bananas so darn MUCH.

Whether it’s straight from the peel or blending frozen bananas into “nice cream…” bananas are certainly a scrumptious fruit.

Better yet, slice ‘em up and throw ‘em in the oven to make a chewy and sweet natural treat.

Let’s eat!

Benefits Of Baked Banana Chips

  • Naturally fat and cholesterol-free
  • Has a high potassium content – great for your nerve and muscle function
  • Contains a good amount of vitamin C
  • Contains fiber, which helps you feel fuller longer and promotes healthy and regular bowel movements

Happy snacking!

Just for fun… did you know that it is MUCH easier to open a banana from the “bottom” and not the stem? Simply pinch the end and it will easily open – that is how the monkeys do it!

What Our Clients Say*

During my FitLife transformation, I lost 70 pounds! That's why I signed up for the protocol, but the most exciting result is that I found ME in the process. I had been hiding under a pile of pounds, self-doubt, and grief! FitLife changed my life and I knew I had to share it with others.

-Lynne, Longwood FL

I started with Fitlife back in 2011-2012…I wrote into Fitlife asking for an extreme amount of help. I was 300 pounds, with high cholesterol, and Drew helped me transform my life. I lost over 130 pounds and I no longer have high cholesterol. Not only did I lose weight, so did my husband, who lost over 70 pounds!
