Mindset Monday – Are You Bored?
Are you bored? Are you wasting your time? Are you bored? I think the key to getting out of boredom is really starting to analyze why you’re bored, figure out what you’re doing that isn’t giving you the stimulation in your life anymore. You can do a lot of things if you really wanted to because that greatness rest already inside of you, but you have to fuel up to that experience. You have to wake-up to the ability of actually doing that and you have to wake up to the fact that if you are bored, you’re the one that needs to make a change. Here are some tools that we need to do to kill boredom.
1. Focus on new things!
Start to create new things in your life experience that give you energy and enthusiasm.
2. Start to listen to people from a really empathetic state.
Listen to what people say to you as how everyone has a unique amazing story to share. Hear their stories over and over again until it’s going to open up to you a lot more compassion.
3. Be giving-centric!
The people that give the most in life wake up with this giving spirit and those who really change humanity are the people that aren’t bored at all. What can you give to? What is your life mission? What is your life purpose? If you can rest in that state and just be comfortable with you, then you’re really going to start to create a life that’s not just living but a thriving life, the one with love.
