Oh, don’t get nervous. It is fantastic. When I used to live in Mexico, one of my favorite things to do was to get a morning green juice on my way to work – with nopales.
Nopal is the common name for the pads of the cacti, prickly pear (its fruits are delicious too!).
Where To Buy Nopal For This Tasty Green Juice Recipe?
You can buy nopales at ethnic grocery stores and even at bigger supermarkets. If you can’t find any, you can still make this super green drink recipe without nopal, it just won’t have a Mexican twist to it.
