As you know, I love tea. I have been on a campaign to make everyone in the world a tea drinker. But during the summer, I find that I don’t drink as much tea as I normally do in the winter.
Here is a secret about me, I prefer my tea hot and steaming and that combo doesn’t make for the best summer drink. So I am on a mission to find fun and delicious ways to drink my beloved tea.
I have found many different ways, from your traditional iced tea (no sugar, of course), to bubble tea (those tapioca balls are awesome) to kombucha for my probiotics and this amazing recipe I just had to share with you.

Matcha Health Smoothie
- 1 tsp green tea matcha powder
- 1 cup coconut milk (almond milk with work too)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
