  1. My Whole Church is now juicing and are doing a "Your Best Life Challenge", I have also convinced 2 of my co-workers to join the challenge as well. So far combined we have lost 203 lbs for the month. My favorite is the bitter gourd and green apple. My goal is to rid myself of type 2 diabetes within 90 days.!!
