Are you a nut butter addict?
Join the club!
Nut butter is everyone’s favorite snack right now and for good reason.
You get your sweet tooth and salt fix without having to consume a ton of sugar or sodium!
Pure magic, right?
The trick to enjoying nut butter guilt-free is to not overindulge (in other words, don’t eat a whole container in one sitting), don’t eat the wrong kind of nut butter and don’t eat the highly processed stuff.
I can’t help you when it comes to overeating nut butter – that’s between you and your willpower.

Where I can help you though is making sure that you are eating the healthiest form of natural and unprocessed nut butter available.
Let me give you a step by step process to making your own homemade natural nut butter that you can enjoy 100% guilt-free.
Here is the process for making natural almond butter in 30 minutes or less:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Spread two cups of organic bulk raw, unsalted almonds on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Pour your roasted almonds into a food processor and let it shred your almonds to your desired texture (usually no more than 5-10 minutes). Feel free to add in a little himalayan or celtic sea salt, but don’t go overboard.
Step 4: Let your almond butter chill for about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Enjoy your almond butter and/or throw it in a tightly sealed container and store it in your fridge for up to 3 months.
Now, wasn’t that easy? The only ingredients you will need are almonds and the only equipment you will need is an oven and a food processor (pro tip: I have used my nutribullet in the past and it worked like a champ).
And there you have it! Homemade almond butter in less than 30 minutes! You can also follow this same process for cashew or hazelnut better… be warned though. All 3 of these options are ridiculously amazing!
