How To Keep Your Vibe High
It is one thing to raise your spirits and create a high-frequency vibration, it is quite another to maintain it through life’s bumps and bruises!
What are some things you can do to keep your vibe high?
#1. Get Rid Of The News
Your subconscious is very powerful and picks up on the media you watch every day. Most of the news is negative, because negative news gets more clicks! Although staying aware of what is happening in the world is important, you also need to fill up with the unbelievable amount of positive stories happening every single day!
So just for a while… or for a long while… go on a news fast. Seek for the happy endings and the incredible people lifting each other up around the world.
#2. Cut People Out
You need to cut certain people out of your life. I know you don’t want to hear that, but it’s true. How can you tell if someone is taking a toll on your vibe, besides the obvious?
Recognize your vibration when you are around certain people. Are you yourself or do you just sort of numb out? The people who make you numb out are usually the people who have to go. Sometimes these people are family and I understand how difficult that makes it.
If they are in your life no matter what, then your best bet is to stand up for yourself. Stand up to them. Don’t allow them to push you under the rug. Don’t choose to numb out around them.
Really let that sink in. In fact, read it a few times. Because your thoughts are what create your reality, in a very literal sense. So use this ritual to pull you out of negative thought patterns. It might feel forced at first, but the more you use this, the more natural it will become.
As you go through your day there are going to be dozens of things that could pull your vibration down. The debt collector calling, an old relationship popping up, the IRS, your pet dying, etc. These could really bring your vibration down!
Negativity Detox Ritual
This practice absolutely changed my life.
When any negative thought or situation comes up, replace it with two positives. If you’re mad at another driver, frustrated, something doesn’t go your way and you’re pulling out your hair… immediately create two positive thoughts in your mind. Do this for at least three days and see if it makes a difference for you.
Each night, journal about all the negative stuff you were able to shift out of. If something hard came up that you couldn’t shift from easily, journal about it for a while and try to figure out why it keeps showing up in your life.
Changing your life can be as simple as changing your mind.
