Just Do It – Mindset Monday
Fitlifer – this weeks Mindset Monday is all about taking action and doing your “IT.”
Living your life with passion and enthusiasm to really get the results you are looking for.
In this video I lay out the 3 Steps.
1. Take Action: Just like Nike’s tagline, “Just Do It,” you have to take action if you are going to get any results in this life. It really doesn’t matter if you do anything else. Once you start to move in any direction the universe will start to move with you and align you with what you need.
2. Figure out what your IT is: The more you put yourself out there the more opportunities you will have to see what your core strengths and values are. What makes you feel the best and if you could do that, all day… what would it be?
3. Expand and Multiply It: Once you have a good idea of what your IT is, don’t listen to the naysayers or the people that tell you it can’t be done. Just go do it!
