Juice Recipes For Sex
With the exception of New Year’s Eve, the holidays are nearly over, and that means getting back on track with our health. (Booo: no more bottomless glasses of champagne. Yay: feeling way, way better.) To kick off 2013, consider making a juice that will not only re-energize you after libido-killing holiday stress, but help you have more satisfying sex.

3 kale leaves – high in zinc which increases libido.)
Ginger (Only one knuckle a couple times a week reaps huge benefits for reducing free radicals in the blood, decreasing inflammation, relaxing arteries and improving blood flow.)
