  1. I can't afford a good blender or a juicer, but I do eat everything. Starting earlier this year I slowly went Vegetarian, then vegan, and now I'm working on going raw vegan and trying to stick to a plant based diet. (although it's quite difficult) However, even through just the progressive changes, I still went from 255 pounds to 212 now and still dropping. So even some small changes will do positive things for your body.
