Juice Diet - are these diets becoming the “Big Thing?”
I should say juice diets are the big thing. I bought my first juicer around 2 years ago. Before that I was making green smoothies.
I enjoyed my diet recipes that included green smoothies but knew I had to step it up to the raw power of incorporating Juice in my diet.
How is juicing and blending different?
Then like a crack addict, I became addicted to the “juice buzz” that a juice diet would bring.
Have you ever felt the “Juice Diet Flush” it’s unlike a buzz produced by any other stimulant.
It just makes you happy, even more happy when you are surrounded by people that appreciate it as much as you. Some people or “characters” can be a little judgmental when you tell them you are on a juice diet.
Could you imagine what the world would be like if everyone was on a juice diet? ( I know, I sound like a hippie from the 70’s.)
Or at least incorporated it randomly through-out the week?
What are some Juice Diet Recipes that are easy to make?

Notice, how there is NO fruit in my top 10 juice diet recipes. This is because fruit has fructose in it. Which in laymans term is "sugar."
I know what your thinking… fruit-fructose sugar is good though right?
It's ok... when you are getting the fiber with it, because the fiber helps regulate your insulin. Your insulin is like the “should I store this as fuel or fat” sensor on your body.
When it spikes your body goes into “fat storing” mode. So… the goal of my juice diet plan is to keep my insulin stable while flushing out those pesky dangerous toxins that are causing inflammation in my gut… hiding my toned sexy stomach, giving me a muffin top. (Not cool toxins, not cool)
For people that are just getting into a juice diet your taste buds may not be ready for the straight greens. That’s ok. It takes an Alpha Reset or two to get there.
Also, if you have kids… they may not like ALL GREEN JUICES. Lol
To sweeten my juice diet recipes up, I will add a half of a granny smith green apple or a half of a pear. Both are low in carbs and have less of an insulin spike than most fruits.

In closing, remember the old adage. Rome was not built over night. Any real life long change takes time. Stop expecting your body to change over night. You’ve probably spent years on end, not treating it like the temple that it is. That’s ok, we can get you back on track and functioning on a higher level, you just have to have patience. Cool? (I knew you would say yes.)
