We all project an overall frequency, also referred to as “energy.”
You know how when someone angry walks in the room you can feel it immediately?
Or how about when you were young and your mom was in a bad mood… even if she didn’t say a word the whole house felt “off.”

There’s a reason for that, my friend.
We are energetic beings.
We are constantly radiating energy… Negative, positive or neutral.
We can literally suck energy from other people if we are in a negative state. The same is true in a positive state – we emit this energy causing a beneficial effect on others, as well as within our own being.
This is actually scientifically explained by how the very atoms that make up our cells operate.
How Does This Work?
Our electrons, neutrons and protons are constantly in motion even when we’re asleep. These have even been shown to orbit outside of your body and can interact with those around you!
Nerve impulses and chemical messengers are contained within the individual whereas energy fields radiate indefinitely into space and therefore, affect others who are nearby.
According to Einstein’s Entanglement Theory, particles that have had interaction with each other may continue to affect each other even AFTER they are separated.
This is also known as “Spooky Action At A Distance” theory.
Have you ever known that someone was upset even when you weren’t in the same room with them?
Has someone ever called you on a day that you just so happened to be thinking about them?
Our energy emits a certain frequency that can actually be felt even in silence.
What are you emitting?
Is your energy worth catching?
You gain power as you become aware of how your “being” affects the outside world, as well as your internal environment.
Because the truth is, what you think, feel and share with the world makes a difference – whether it be good or bad. I’d say that’s a pretty big reason to seriously keep your thoughts and actions in check, wouldn’t you?
How Can I Raise My Frequency?

Your frequency can help you feel well or contribute to making you sick and sad.
The cool thing is that YOU get to decide. And while this may seem impossible at times, I promise you that with consistent action and training yourself to upgrade the energy you’re emitting, everything around you will begin to shift in a positive direction.

Listen to good music – songs that lift you up and inspire you to dominate your day with a smile on your face and love in your heart.
Cultivate good thoughts – those that leave you feeling calm, peaceful and grateful for all the amazing gifts in your life, including the people you choose to surround yourself with.
Watch uplifting movies that inspire you towards greatness.
#2 Fill Your Body With High Frequency Foods
When you put a processed, low energy foods filled with yucky ingredients inside your body it BRINGS DOWN YOUR ENERGY.
These foods don’t only affect us on a physical level but on an energetic level as well.
This stuff is real, my friend.
It’s actually been shown that even holding a low-quality burger in your hand can bring down your vibration for hours afterwards. (opt for grass-fed organic beef only!)
When you eat high energy, whole, real foods, they bring your frequency up.

If you are constantly surrounded by energy “vampires,” it may be time to make some changes. Remember, you are the sum of the 5 people you spend the most time with. If you’re constantly around people that drain and deplete you, it’s really hard to keep your frequency on a high level, even with the best of intentions.
Your vibe attracts your tribe so put out all the goodness you have within you and watch your circle radiate the light and love you’re sharing.
#4 Take Time To Focus On Spirituality And Divinity
Get outside and spend time in nature just “being.” Take off your shoes, sink your toes in the sand or grass and reignite your relationship to Mother Earth.
Pray, meditate, direct your energy upward. Find whatever means of “spirituality” resonates with you to connect to a higher source. If that’s not your thing, that’s okay too. Sitting in stillness and allowing the wonders of the world wash over your incredible mind, body and spirit in whatever way works for you is perfect! Do more of that!
