Increase Productivity With These Simple & Powerful Lifestyle Hacks

For this Mindset Monday, I want to talk about productivity.

A question I often get asked is, “how do you stay so productive?”

Before we get into productivity hacks, the first thing I actually want to talk to you about is YOUR ENERGY.

How do you have the maximum amount of energy throughout the day?

I like to look at my whole day holistically. The night before, I’m preparing: I write down 3 things that I want to accomplish the next day. By doing that, I’m also giving myself subconscious cues during the night while I sleep of those things I want to get done, helping prepare myself and connect with my higher self.

The next morning when I wake up, bright and early, I begin my morning ritual. Having a morning ritual is absolutely crucial. Your morning ritual fires you up for the day, it’s made up of things that give you energy, of things that set your mind, body and soul right to be in alignment with your highest calling.

After my morning ritual, I start going about my day – I work for about 50 minutes at a time, then take 10 minute breaks. The human mind can only focus for 40-50 minutes before it starts to wander and get distracted. We’re looking for all the internal systems of the body to help align them so that our productivity can actually increase.

I use my lunch break connecting to Mother Earth. I’ll go ground and take my shoes off in the grass or the sand and enjoy some time outside, taking deep breaths to help restore my energy. Restoring your energy throughout the day can help increase productivity as well.

Then at the end of the day, having a nighttime ritual is absolutely KEY (leave a comment below if you’d like me to do a video on constructing an effective nighttime ritual!). Your nighttime ritual brings you full circle and helps you not only to unwind from your day, but to also prepare yourself for the next day and sets your day up for success.

These are just a few of the productivity hacks that I use day in and day out. When you’re in alignment with your higher self, when you’re doing things for others, when you’re allowing the energy to just flow through you, when you’re not holding on as an empath to other people’s energy, you can be the cause of cause. You can really start to shift and change your life with these productivity principles.
